Our mountain property with two bedrooms and two baths, additionally has a loft with sleeper couch upstairs and a large down filled sectional downstairs which folds out into a king size plus bed. Recent additions to the house are a free standing iron gas burning fireplace in the Great Room and a free standing soaking tub in the Master. Kitchen, Dining, Great room, Master bedroom and bath, along with the Washer/Dryer are all on the main level The Great room with the large sectional hosts a 55" Roku TV. There are no network or cable TV Stations, all channels are streaming - Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO, ESPN and Pandora for music - use our accounts or log into your own. The wrap around deck on the main level overlooking the lake is enjoyable for dining and relaxing in the spring, summer and fall months - afternoon naps on the deck sectional is a must do activity. The Master Suite suite has a king size bed, a chair for relaxing, a stepper and a small desk area should you need to work with a monitor and a wireless Printer/Scanner. A 55" Roku television where you can stream most anything. Bathroom boasts his and hers vanities, a free standing soaking tub and a travertine shower big enough for two. Upstairs is the second bedroom with views of Nordic Valley Ski Area, a bathroom and a roomy loft with a couch bed that sleeps two. Underground Garage with entrance into the house will accommodate a large SUV or pick up. Only the south bay will be available unless special arrangements are made. The drive up past Nordic Valley Ski and Tubing area brings you up on the montainside and welcomes you to our comfortable and private retreat with stunning views. As we are high on the mountain side with steep and winding grade, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle in the winter months is imperative. We are surrounded by world class skiing at Snowbasin (17 mi.), Powder Mountain (10 mi.) and Nordic Valley (1 mi., which also offers night skiing and tubing and is only 2 minutes away). Snowshoeing and cross country skiing courses are plentiful with many parks, isolated mountain trails, and groomed trails waiting to be discovered. The summer months are filled with golfing at Wolf Creek Resort, mountain biking and hiking through the many laid out trails, or boating on Pineview Reservoir. There are numerous Summer activities to keep everyone entertained - kayaking, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, swimming, bird watching, Frisbee golf, or watch a movie at the outdoor theater at Wolf Creek Resort. Down town Ogden, a 20-25 minute drive boasts restaurants to suit any palate, a Megaplex 13 screen theater and the Salomon Center with IFly, Rock Climbing, Flow Rider indoor surfing & Bowling - all fun activities for the whole family. Guests will have full access to the house except for the use of the north garage bay and an owners lock off in the back of the garage. The local restaurants, Pizza Place, Bakery, the Valley Market with its fresh food daily, all cater to our out of town visitors. We are a small town with a four-way stop sign which makes living and vacationing in Eden very special. You will soon get to know everyone.
