We are honored to host intimate gatherings of less than 20 people for a fee associated with the additional ware on the property and it’s systems. This mountain ranch house features three levels. The main living space boasts a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, great room, office and powder room. Upstairs guests will find four bedrooms, a hall bath and master ensuite. The third floor features two additional connected sleeping rooms and play space with toys for kids of all ages. Please enjoy the use of the entire home and yard. We kindly ask that guests honor the fact that garage, storage sheds and camper are private spaces that we may use at any point during your stay. We are typically in town and available to come by in the event you need anything. We frequently tend to routine yard, shop and camper maintenance but stick to the north side of the property, away from guests. Charming rural setting in agricultural area of Boulder County Plenty of onsite parking! You may park on the dirt of the circle drive or in the field lot on north side of the property. The north “lot” is the ONLY place parking on the grass is permitted. We are honored to be considered as you are planning your large gathering.
