The bedroom area has a queen over queen bunk-bed that comfortably sleeps 4, and the couch in the living area is a sofa sleeper (queen size). Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away! Swimming, fishing, and boating can be enjoyed from your private nautical oasis! You of course will have access to the entire house as well as the launch ramp, dock, and yard surrounding the house. The dock has a space to pull up and leave your boat as well as a diving board, but please exercise caution and dive at your own risk. Swimming, fishing, and jet skiing can be enjoyed from your private nautical oasis! As an added bonus, you can find various water sport rentals nearby. Home is hard to find via map so below are directions: Turn left off hwy 125 onto 287th just past Blind Swine. Go to the gate at the end of the road and turn left onto 563rd. Then, turn left at the end of 562nd and go until you hit water. The blue cottage will be on your right just before running directly into the lake.
