You will be given card keys for condo entry. You are walking distance to the Beach, Shops (i.e. Tuesday Morning, Island Style Surf Shop, Renee's Boutique); and restaurants (i.e. Kohnami Sushi & Teppanyaki, Johnny Rockets, Russo's NY Pizza, Yummie's and Gabriella's) There is 24 hour guard/gate security. Saida Management allows one vehicle pass per condo stay.
