Rural America at its finest, we are located in the famous dry belt of Sequim, WA near the Northeast entrance of the Olympic National Park, nestled between the majestic Olympic Mountains and the placid waters of Sequim Bay. We are Centrally located in the beautiful Northern part of the Peninsula. Cabin 9 is one of our larger cabins with a water view and just across the street from peaceful Sequim Bay. Perfect for larger families, family reunions or just a group of friends enjoying time together! It is connected to the wetlands/ bird sanctuary and just across the street from Sequim Bay. Don't be surprised if you see ducks, eagles, seals and herons. Cabin 9 has 3 Queen beds, Bunkbed, and a couch for your sleeping arrangements. There is plenty of parking for everyone. Come enjoy John Wayne's Rustic Getaway... your home away from home. We do have a guest laundry room that has coined operated washers & dryers, iron, and ironing board that is located at the attached RV resort. We also have a small play area for the kids. Each cabin is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Just bring your spices and food. Office is Open from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Winter months 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summer months Once you arrive, host is available 24 hrs. 7 days a week for emergencies. An emergency number will be provided at check-in or is posted on the office door. All calls/ emails received after business hours will be returned the following business day. Sequim Bay is just across the street and The John Wayne Marina is next to the property for leisurely strolls or launching your boat for crabbing and fishing seasons! We do have a private beach during low tide and is perfect to find a sea treasure or two. Public Transportation comes by twice a day for access to town. Town is about 2.5 miles away. Pet Fee- $25 per pet Coin Washer and Dryer is located at the adjoining RV resort.
