There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the home or on the property. No animals allowed. Please note bedding/decor may be modified or replaced due to seasonal changes. You will have access to the entire house, except for the owner's room downstairs, which is locked. Kitchen has all the amenities to prepare your own food. Water feature in front yard. Fenced back yard. Guests can use the entire space shown in the pictures. Self check in and out. I am available by phone, text, or E-mail. There is a check out list included in the house rules. Quiet residential neighborhood. About a quarter mile or less to Winco Foods for groceries, and to Maverik for food/gas. There is no public transportation. This is a NO SMOKING house. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or drugs in the house or anywhere on the premises. If you are a smoker, we respectfully ask that you do not book this house. You will be charged for extra cleaning fees if you violate this rule. We are a shoeless house to protect our light carpet. Please bring something suitable for indoor wear.
