Please park on the left, as I use the spot on the right. The private entrance to the studio is on the left hand side of the driveway. Proceed down the side steps to the gate. Open the gate and enter the studio through the second door on the left. The keypad is located to the right of the door. I will message you your assigned lock box code a few days prior to check in. There will be a set of house rules on the kitchen counter. Please read these thoroughly. I live in the main house above the studio and you may see me in the garden or coming and going. Mill Valley is a small, quintessential town nestled in the redwoods, with wonderful restaurants, shopping, art and outdoor activities. It was once a lumber town and home of the Gravity Car, attracting tourists from all over the world. Home of the second oldest foot race in America, the Dipsea takes you from down town Mill Valley to Stinson Beach. You can hike the Dipsea from the studio. Miller Ave. is a 5 minute walk with casual restaurants, Bikram Yoga, Pilates Pro, dry cleaning, salons and a Whole Foods. Down town Mill Valley is accessible by foot and takes approx. 15 minutes. Sausalito is a 20 minute bike ride. Tennessee Valley is 10 minutes and Stinson Beach is approx. 30 minutes by car from the studio. The Marin Airporter is approx. a 5 minute drive to the studio. Miller Ave. is approx. a 5 minute walk. Miller is where you can catch the Golden Gate Transit bus to Sausalito and San Francisco. There are also gas stations on Miller. Included with your stay is access to an EV2 car charger. Charging hours are 12:00-8:00Am. I prefer you back in to charge your car, if possible. Reservations Important!! My place is suitable for 2 guests and I do not have additional sleeping space. Please include all guests in your reservation. The studio is a separate unit in my house. I live in the main house above. The unit is well insulated with sound proofing. On occasion you may hear me when home. If you are sensitive to noise, please let me know, so we can discuss before booking. Parking: I have one dedicated parking space for the studio, which is on the left. Please park in this space.
