You will be in walking distance to several fabulous restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and eateries and approximately 6 blocks to the beach! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeps 12! There is a fenced in yard, patio with outside dining and BBQ grill. This is a Fri-Fri rental in season. Keys will be picked up from the our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. If you will be arriving after hours your bag will be hanging in our 24 hour kiosk set up in the parking lot. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. There are 4 bedrooms. First floor bedroom has a queen bed and full bath on first floor off the kitchen. Second floor has large master bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds that has 3 single beds and one full bed. Full bath on second floor. ENTERTAINMENT There is a large television in the family room streaming capability. High speed internet. Don't forget to log out when you leave! BEACH There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 6 beach tags. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. If lost, a replacement fee of $30 will be charged OUTDOORS There is a fully fenced in yard. There are two outdoor tables seating a total of 12 people. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. There have not been any recent renovations. There are imperfections that come with a home this age. NO central Air on second floor, it has window units. HOUSE RULES Please be respectful of neighbors. west Cape May is a quaint little beach community and we love our wonderful neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to house rules. Including but not limited to, NO loud music, parties or generally disturbing behavior. -Quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this home -TRASH goes out **TUESDAY NIGHT** if you fail to take the trash to the curb there will be a $100 pick up charge No Smoking inside All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/caregivers permitted) ****This property has a 7 NIGHT minimum JUNE through AUGUST and is a FRIDAY - FRIDAY rental. ***
