You'll find an open floor plan on the main level with amazing views of the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for meals and activities, a large leather sectional, and an electric adjustable fireplace with a heater for those especially chilly nights. Also on the main floor is a half-bath and a laundry room with a large capacity brand new LG Washtower with Steam. Step out on the back patio and you'll find plenty of comfortable seating as well as a gas fire-pit table and a Blackstone griddle/grill large enough to cook an entire meal for 8 or more. All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has a King bed, TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, plenty of closet space, and a spa-like private tub room equipped with various bath salts and oils. The master suite has a walk-out slider to a semi-private deck where you can sit and watch the sunrise. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks. The bunk bedroom has two full size beds - sturdy enough to hold a football team but enough room on each bed for one larger adult or two smaller adults/children. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a desk and chair, TV and also a semi-private walk out deck with two loungers to catch some rays on sunny days. The bedrooms have high-end linen sheets and comforters while the bathrooms are equipped with oversized soft bath-sheets. Wifi is available throughout the home and each room has its own heating/cooling split unit so there will be no need for fighting over the thermostat! a wall Scrabble game, a unique light up Jenga game, a golf putting rollout green, bags game, and more. There are two marinas within one mile where you can rent boats or a variety of lake toys. Book a fishing charter trip or a local boat tour. Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of owners closets and the garage. Hey hey! We value our privacy when we stay as guests in vacation homes, therefore we value yours too. Our incredible local co-host, Jess, lives in the Pleasant Prairie area and is available for any onsite needs you may have or issues that arise, but, he will never show up without your request and knowledge. Home located in Carol Beach subdivision - an upscale quiet lake community in Pleasant Prairie, WI. There are two beaches and a walking trail close by. Parking only allowed in driveway. Neighborhood and city are very bike friendly with many lanes and trails for bikers. • We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book or stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations. • The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night. • Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest. • All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Smoky Mountains Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process. • I give permission to PMI to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
