Up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the streets. NEIGHBORHOOD This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and respect quiet hours. PARKING Up to four vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park on the street as it is not allowed. NO PARTIES AND SMOKING Parties and smoking are not allowed. There will be a $1000 penalty for smoking and partying if there is any damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Please smoke outside and away from the property, and dispose of all cigarettes in the trash. SUMMER TIME INFORMATION Our house does not have Central A/C, but we do provide portable A/C units that are sufficient for the house. There is also a county wide fire restriction that prohibits outdoor fire. In abundance of caution, we will be prohibiting use of the outdoor fire place. Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions, please message us. FURNITURES AND FIXTURES Please respect the furniture and fixtures of the home. If any of the items are damaged please advise right away so we can work on getting them repaired or replaced. We appreciate your help and honesty. CAMERAS We have a total of 2 cameras: front door and backyard area. These cameras are solely for security purposes. One is a Ring doorbell that shows who is at the door. The other is a Ring floodlight at the back porch and shows portion of the backyard including the hot tub and fire pit. This is to secure our valuable items in the backyard, and to keep track of our cleaning service only. SMOKE AND NOISE MONITOR We also have a Wynd Sentry smoke and noise monitor that is a non-intrusive device that detects recreational smoke and excessive noise to further protect our home located in the kitchen. ADDITIONAL GUESTS The property can sleep up to 8 guests. Please confirm guest information prior to arrival. There is a $25/person nightly fee if more than 6 guests. PETS Prior approval is required for dogs, and a $100 pet fee per pet must be paid before arrival. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds, and additional fees will be charged for any hair found on furniture or bedding. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Check in is at 4pm. We provide keyless entry for contactless check-in. If you need to check-in earlier please message us and we will do our best to accommodate you and see if the home is ready and available for early check-in. Check out is at 11am.
