Terms of the agreement include acknowledgement of the village Noise Ordinance (quiet hours between 10p and 7a), maximum number of guests and vehicles at the home, city penalties for violating applicable ordinances and laws and fire pit regulations. Guests will have access to the entire home. Hosts will be available and in touch via the airbnb app. Cute residential neighborhood 0.25 mile walk to the east end of "The Strip". The neighborhood is a mix of rentals and full time residents. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. The driveway is shared - cars should be parked on the south side of the driveway and to the left of the white painted line on the driveway. The neighborhood is walkable - just 0.25 miles to the East end of "The Strip".
