Welcome to Bills Island Hideaway, your ideal getaway spot nestled in the natural splendor of Idaho. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin promises a memorable stay for up to 10 guests, perfect for family gatherings and get-togethers with friends. Our cabin boasts a welcoming open-concept living space with comfortable furnishings and a rustic charm. After an exhilarating day exploring the outdoors, cozy up around the fireplace and share stories of your adventures. The cabin's fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area creates a warm and communal setting for enjoying meals together. The large private deck is a sanctuary in itself, featuring a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and a hot tub for soothing soaks under the stars. As the night settles in, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and create unforgettable memories. The cabin is located on the much sought after Bills Island, surrounded by the Island Park Reservoir, right next to the Lakeside Lodge. The neighborhood is a gated community with keycard access. Once inside the gated subdivision, you'll find the island covered in lodgepole pines with cabins sprinkled throughout. Make sure to follow the written directions supplied to you before check-in, as GPS navigation is a bit tricky in Island Park. Street parking is NOT permitted. In the summer, up to 12' trailers and 2-3 vehicles can fit at the property. In the winter, no trailers are permitted at the property. Additional trailers and vehicle parking can be found near the entrance to the subdivision, if needed. Instructions for accessing the keycard to enter and exit the island will be sent 24 hours before check-in. If either keycard is lost, there is a $250 replacement fee, per card, from the HOA that will be billed to the guest.
