Lowell Point offers the perfect retreat while remaining convenient to Seward's activities, restaurants and night life. The fireplace is only available for use during the winter months and is pre-set, please do not try to adjust it. The fireplace is set to automatically go on and off at a pre-set temperature. Please use electric heat if supplemental heat is needed. Please note that utilities in Alaska are very expensive, they can cost over $300.00 a month to heat the cabin so we kindly ask that you please do not open doors and windows while the heat is on. Alaska has dynamic weather, we will not refund for acts of God/Nature/Weather. We strongly suggest travel insurance.
