Serve them in our beautiful ceramic plates and enjoy with your favorite drinks in our great selection of glassware or mugs. Huddle around the fireplace in our living room or outdoor deck with lots of cushions and blankets to keep warm. Eat, play or work in our cozy dining nook with lots of seating and ambient lighting that are dimmable to your preference. Relax and soak up in our hot tub with jets, lights, and waterfall, which feels so amazing after a day in the slopes. And enjoy a rainfall shower with eco-friendly soaps and lotions before you head to bed in our clean and comfortable sheets. You will have access to the entire home except 2 locked cabinets for owners and cleaners. Available supplies for guests will be located in the bottom right cabinet in the kitchen (left to the refrigerator). 3 cars can park in front of the house. Street parking is NOT ALLOWED due to plowing in the winter time. 1 additional car (MAX HEIGHT 5 ft) can park under sloped overhang. Please watch the height. Secure keyless entry with exterior facing cameras for security and to verify guest counts. 24/7 support is available through Airbnb portal During the winter months of November - April, motorists may encounter traction chain controls in the mountain areas within California. By law, snow chains or cables must be carried in your vehicle at all times during winter months. ROUTES: HWY 330 / HWY 18 - Running Springs // Shortest Distance The shortest and quickest way for visitors coming from Los Angeles, Orange County, and other points west is Hwy 330 / Hwy 18. Please note that this route can become very congested on the weekends during peak season. PARKING: We can park 3 cars in front of the house. 1 on the driveway and 2 on the gravel. Another small/shorter car can park under the overhang in the driveway. Please advise the height of your car. Please DO NOT park on the street. NO smoking allowed within the property. Big Bear is a fire hazard zone. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (6 guests).
