Three bedrooms with queen sized beds make it very comfortable for 6 adults to stay. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. We also have two baths with spacious, showers/bathtubs to clean up after a long day of Tahoe activities. A large washing machine and dryer is located in the bathroom, laundry soap is provided. The open kitchen, with everything you could need and a cozy living room make it a great entertaining space. A porch on the front of the house is perfect for BBQ's or for a relaxing space to read a book while breathing in the fresh mountain air. During the winter months the wood burning fireplace is great to curl up on the couch next to, to watch a movie or drink wine with friends. This home is perfect for creating great memories with family or friends in beautiful Lake Tahoe. We will be happy to help you with any of your needs during your stay. In addition to a detailed book of the house and surrounding area/activities, we are accessible anytime we are in the country. If we do happen to be traveling out of the country, we will have friends in town who are going to be your next resource for anything. Located in the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Incline Village is perfect for a lake or ski getaway. Venture into town to find many places to eat, drink and pick up supplies for all of your outdoor activities. Local or resort skiing and the lake is just minutes away from our quiet home in the woods. Almost to the top of Upper Tyner Way there is access to many hiking trails as well as, back country skiing just steps from our door. Incline Village offers two beautiful privates beaches, in addition to picturesque Sand Harbor (Incline Beach & Burnt Cedar) with bathrooms, food, a bar with servers, beach chairs and Burnt Cedar has a family and kiddie pool. Looking for a more natural beach scene, the northeast shore is a Nevada State Park with many rock or sand spots to park on the road and hike down to spend the day. Skiing and snowboarding, beaches, boating, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling- oh my! No matter what the season we truly have it all! We do have a local bus system that can pick you up in town and take you around the lake and into many of the ski resorts. During the summer there is a beach shuttle at the elementary school when parking is an issue. Uber is still getting started here, so you can try but we do have cabs and a driver to refer you to. Having a car with 4 wheel drive or all seasoned tires is helpful during the winter/snow months. During big snow falls, chains are sometimes not enough. There is space in the driveway for two cars to park and space to park on the street in our court. The garage is locked for owner's purposes. We have a ring door bell for house security.
