Message on the Airbnb app and I will get back to you quickly. If booking in the wintertime, please make sure to have 4-wheel drive and chains. If getting a rental car, ask for chains to be included just in case you need them. This is a mountain that gets lots of snow, it is important to be prepared for it. If you can arrive during or shortly after daylight, it makes an easier drive up the mountain. The drive from Cedar City up to Duck Creek is often 45 mph which can have slick spots and have fallen rock. On the day of arrival, we will provide you with a map and directions for the best route to our cabin from the highway at the entrance to Duck Creek Village (the route suggested in online mapping apps is not ideal in the winter). Our Local Grocery Store and Restaurants have limited hours. It is recommended to shop for most of what you need in Cedar City before coming up the mountain at Lins, Smiths, or Walmart especially for specialty items. Groceries, including beer, can be purchased at the local True Value Grocery Store and Gas Station. Message with any questions.
