We are about a half mile to town and the local Ski Hill. Our home offers peaceful, majestic views and a safe, clean and comfortable place to rest. In the upstairs of our home, we offer two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. Upstairs you will also have an area to read, play games and watch tv. We offer a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge for your use. We DO NOT have a shared kitchen. All of our bedrooms have keyed locks so you will have total privacy. Our home is not toddler and baby proof. Enjoy the mountain scenery and take in some fresh mountain air from our deck. We have over an acre of property that you can enjoy year round whether that be building a snowman in the winter or a game of frisbee in the summer. You will have access to the upstairs two bedrooms, bathroom and tv area. The downstairs is NOT for use. We have provided a mini fridge and microwave upstairs in the tv room. We DO NOT have a shared kitchen. We are a non smoking home. You will enter and exit through the main area of our home. Nevertheless, there will be times we will not be present so we will leave our contact information We live on one acre in a residential area just outside city limits. We are about a ten to fifteen minute walk to town or the local Ski Hill. Much to see and do in Leavenworth, the Bavarian Village of Washington. Visit unique stores, enjoy fine dining, mountain biking, hiking, rafting, skiing, fishing, zip-lines, horse back riding and river rafting. Leavenworth Summer Theater and Icicle Creek Center for the Arts are close by for wonderful and artistic/cultural events. We are less than one mile to downtown. You may want to bring a flashlight if you plan to walk after dark. There are no street lights. We'd be happy to drop you off and pick up if we are available. Christmas lighting expect high traffic getting into town. This vacation property is legally permitted with a conditional use permit with Chelan County. BNB CUP# 22-157 Our home is also home to two dogs, Hazel and Maya and one cat, Chrissy. We are a non-smoking home and we consider that important for future guests as well as the outside fire hazard here during the summer. If there is evidence (smoke smell, cigarette butts, marijuana, etc.) of smoking, a $200 fine will be assessed. Also no candles or incense.
