BABY update-- We have a baby under 1. We try to be as quiet as possible but on occasion, you might hear us. Obviously, if he's crying we will move him to the back bedroom but he doesn't cry much. Just a heads up. BATHROOM clarification-- Like many hotel rooms, we have 1 sink in our studio. It's outside the bathroom, in the small kitchenette area. An attached mother-in-law with separate entrance, private bathroom and mini kitchen. Room comes with Casper California king bed, ROKU TV, washer/dryer, kitchen (microwave, 2 burner stove, fridge, multiple ways to make coffee, pots & pans). Sip coffee or wine as you sit outside and enjoy wonderful views of hills to the east over adjacent orchards. You'll have private entrance and parking. You'll have access to large grass backyard with beautiful views. Happy to help with anything but will give space unless needed. Our space is located at the end of a gravel driveway 2 miles from downtown and a mile from the 'heights', a popular tourist stop of restaurants and stores. Our space is quiet and secluded. This is Hood River so hailing a passing taxi is not possible but you can call one. Otherwise, it's just a short drive to town. * We live at the end of a long private driveway. During the winter we may get snow and it may not be able to get plowed right away. It would be advisable to have a 4WD in Hood River during the winter just to be safe. We have other parking options if you don't have a 4wd, but it might mean parking across the street and walking to the studio. We can assist with this, if it ends up being the case. * This room is private with it's own entrance, but is attached to our house. We try to be as quiet as possible but you will hear us on occasion. We encourage our guest to relax and enjoy the space while being respectful of our home. Thank you!
