35 acre working farm and ranch only 20 minutes from UGA and 35 minutes to Atlanta. House includes 6 bedrooms one with bathroom in room. There is a sleeping area with 2 twin mattresses and 2 futons great area for kids. Over the outbuilding is another bedroom along with full, half bath and second kitchen.
