Please message us ahead of time so that we can set them up before your arrival! Guests have full access to the entire downstairs apartment and backyard. Guests with a monthly-stay have access to a laundry room with a washer/dryer. We'd like to greet guests if we are home when they arrive and can offer some local tips if needed but the apartment has its own code to enter in case we are out. We respect your privacy and freedoms so you may not even see us. This place is conveniently located near 70 in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. It is a few blocks from Garth nature area that offers miles of beautiful trails. It is also a very short drive to campus or downtown. There are bars and grocery stores within walking distance as well. Parking: free street parking in front of the house. Access: 2 miles to Downtown and 2.5 miles to Missou. There are guests that stay upstairs so please be mindful of them and keep from making excessive noise, especially during sleeping hours. We also ask our guests please do not use the fire place. The place accommodates up to 4 guests. There will be a $15 additional guest fee for each guest after 2 (Ex. $15 for a 3rd guest, $30 for 3rd and 4th guests).
