Will accommodate short & long term stays! We update our calendar availability monthly b/c of our work/travel schedules. If you're trying to reserve for a few months out & it seems to be booked just message us b/c it most likely is available. Any questions about us or our listing just ask! Our place is perfect for someone passing through for work or play. It’s comfy & is positioned in a quiet spot. Our standards are high when it comes to keeping it spotless for our guests! The entire cottage will be your domain where you can come and go as you please. It is totally separate from any other dwellings so you won’t hear constant noise on the other side of the walls. It’s fully furnished and has a cozy bedroom with blackout curtains for daytime sleepers. Full access to on site laundry, WiFi, kitchen, and living room. I highly doubt we’ll be meeting in person unless there is an issue that comes up. Check-in & check-out is fairly simple for guests to maneuver but we’re always a phone call away or we can be there in just a few minutes if necessary. Is right off of I210. Centrally located near the university, several restaurants and stores, and is less than 10 minutes from all hospitals, casinos, and the downtown area. The neighbors are quiet and will give a friendly wave but won’t be bothering you during your stay.
