Very comfortable velvet furniture providing soft supple seating. Lastly, this is home to a kitty. The space will be very clean and air filters running but want those who are extremely allergic to be aware. The majority of the house will be open to your stay. The neighborhood is a quiet family friendly berg filled with young families, artists and professors. It’s quiet at night with a lot of walkers about. I have a great porch to perch upon along with a hammock in the yard. If you do enjoy such, please try to quiet things down around 11 for the older neighbors. There is parking in the back off an alley. Currently, there is only soil in the space from demolishing a detached garage. If it rains it can become tricky, to be safe one should park in front when it rains. There is a rock pathway that leads you around to the patio. Or you can walk the gravel alley to the front of the house. Two to three cars can fit in the back, one truck and one car or three regular sized cars. There is street parking but on game day they fill. If you need space in the front please let me know ahead, I can cone them off. Please take your shoes off at the doors.
