Rural location in undiscovered northeastern Nevada with stunning views of mountains and nearby lake. Closest grocery store is 30 minutes away. 4.5 mile dirt/gravel road to property, so AWD, 4WD and/or higher clearance vehicles do better. Smaller cars can do fine if drivers are prudent and there has been no snow. This is a true off-grid yurt, so electricity and water use must be monitored closely and conserved as much as possible. Absolutely no other guests or visitors other than the ones who booked and are noted in booking. No smoking or vaping on property. Use water sparingly as we have to manually haul water from our main house to yurt. We allow 10 gallons of water per person, per day. This is for bathroom use only, potable water and dishwashing is different and not included in the gal/day usage. We charge $1 per gallon over the 10 gal per person limit.
