Great place for remote working, telecommuting, and remote online schooling. A quiet hideaway ideal for writers, editors, artists, and creative people that need peace and quiet in a clean comfortable space. We are located very close to shopping and dining outside of the country club including multiple pharmacies/drug stores, grocery stores, restaurants /dining. You have access to the the garage, the inside of the unit, the patio, multiple pools, Spa, & gym in the clubhouse. The country club also offers (for a fee) golf course, dining & bar in the clubhouse. We are available any time of day via phone or text if you need us. We want you to enjoy staying in our home and we will make every effort to make that happen. The surrounding area had plenty shopping areas including pharmacies/drug stores, grocery stores, salons, restaurants, and casual dining. We are in the desert and it gets pretty hot out here. Drive around in a climate controlled vehicle during the day but please feel free to take a stroll early in the morning or late in the evening. It's beautiful out here. We in the desert have learned to be 'nocturnal animals' (and early birds). Feel free to join us! The townhouse is equipped with a keyless entry system. WiFi, Cable TV with HBO, Netflix. There is a two car garage, and a patio area overlooking the golf course and a lake with ducks and other water birds. REQUESTS: Please keep your SHOES OFF while in the house.
