Please inquire for additional details. Step into this stunning new construction home and immediately enter vacation mode! The open floor plan maximizes the golf course views and creates an easy flow between the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Soaring ceilings and luxurious furnishings await in the home's main living area. A curved sectional sofa, stylish accent chairs, and a wall-mounted TV make this space perfect for relaxing during your stay. Chefs of all skill levels will adore preparing meals in the home's gourmet kitchen. Complete with a generous center island, copper sink, chic tapered vent hood, and high-end appliances, the kitchen is a work of art. Enjoy meals and snacks in the adjacent dining area or sit atop a barstool at the kitchen island. The sunroom offers an unrivaled view of Turtle Point Golf Course and a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee. A den in the front of the house has an L-shaped sofa and TV. A retreat in itself, the first-floor primary bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, incredible golf views, and a king-sized bed. The spa-like bathroom features a soaking tub, a large tiled shower with a rain showerhead, and a dual sink vanity. The second bedroom, also located on the first floor, has a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom with double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs to find the three remaining bedrooms and a lovely sitting area. All upstairs bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms. The home's screened porch was made for entertaining with a beautiful bar area, wall-mounted TV, and comfortable seating. Truly an outdoor oasis, the backyard features a swimming pool overlooking the golf course and is surrounded by lush vegetation. A covered patio adjacent to the pool area offers a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Please note that pets are not permitted. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! This pool has a heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. RBL22-000281 In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4. Before your arrival, you will receive two emails: one containing your printable gate pass and one containing your property's lock box code. Our property management team is on the island every day; please contact our team for assistance. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A team member is on call to monitor voicemails and emails received outside of standard office hours and respond accordingly based on the nature of the call. After making your reservation, these terms and conditions will be sent to you via email from the rental company for your reference. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. • Renter must be at least 25 years old. • Maximum occupancy is outlined in the listing description. • Group events, including, but not limited to, parties, weddings, receptions, and meetings, are not permitted at the rental property. • Renter is responsible for any damages and missing items caused by carelessness or negligence. • Renter must immediately notify rental company of any maintenance issues. • Pets are not permitted unless specified in the listing description along with applicable fees. Renter must obtain prior approval from rental company and pay related fees directly to rental company. • Smoking and open flames are not permitted at the rental property. Fireplaces may not be used. • Renter does not have access to resort-owned and operated pools. • All parking is limited to the number outlined in the listing description and must be off-street. • Storage of bicycles, beach gear, and other personal articles shall not be visible from the street or adjoining properties and must be placed in appropriate storage location overnight. • Noise ordinance is in effect daily from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Full-size vans (such as Sprinter, Transit, etc), RVs, campers, boats, trailers, jet skis, motorcycles, motorized bicycles, segways, and similar are not permitted. • Failure to comply with town rules and regulations may result in fines up to $1000 per citation and will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.
