Large and spacious Loft in the exciting Downtown's Gulch neighborhood. You are steps away from the city's best and hippest bars, restaurants, and night spots! Fun Nashville design, wide open loft space, huge windows for tons of natural light. Three extremely comfortable hotel quality beds, including a king bed in the master, queen bed in second bedroom, and an extremely comfortable pull out sofa--not your average sofa bed; it's very high quality designed for comfort! Pool and Gym in building You will be very close to all the restaurants and coffee shops/shopping of the hip Gulch neighborhood. Broadway is less than a mile away. As advertised, this is a wonderful open airy loft space. The bedrooms are loft style, meaning some walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling, as seen in the photos. However, they are tall enough that you have totally privacy visually, but it may not drown out all sound. Please be aware. This setup usually doesn't affect the enjoyment of groups staying for a few days. Guests love the space. The king bedroom has a closet. The queen bedroom does not. However, the king bedroom closet is very spacious. There is plenty of space for clothes to hang. There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay. The pool is seasonal. It is not open year round.
