Fire up the grill and enjoy a meal on our 400+sqft screened in porch. Spend the evening playing pool, shuffleboard, foosball, or, take a dip in the hot tub and call it a day. The perfect place for your next family reunion or couples retreat! This 4 Bd 3.5 bath house is at the tip of a peninsula reaching into Old Hickory Lake. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, kitchen, dinning room, and 2 living areas and a 400+sqft screened in patio. Downstairs you have a bunk room with 2 twin over full bunk beds, a full bath, wet bar, pool table, shuffle board, foosball, and flex room with desk and futon. You can also enjoy the pool, hot tub, firepit, or walk down to the boat dock! There is access to the garage as well were you will find a cornhole set and fishing poles for you to use. Tackle is not provided for the fishing gear. Bedrooms 1,2, & 3 are upstairs and each feature a King size bed and 4 pillows. The master bedroom has its own TV, and restroom. All 3 upstairs bedrooms have large windows, and the master looks out across the backyard with unbeatable lake views. Bedroom 4 is downstairs and has 2 bunk beds. Each bunk features a twin over a full for a total of 4 mattress's. Downstairs also has a flex room/office. This space has a desk and chair as well a queen size futon, and views through the backyard and out to the lake. The downstairs is also were you'll a billiards room, a shuffle board table and wet bar, 2 additional TV's, a mini foosball table, and additional living space with 2 small futons! Exit through the downstairs and you walk out onto an extensive back patio/pool deck with a BBQ, sun loungers, and a seating & eating area. The hot tub and pool are always open available, however the pool is not heated so swimming in the winter months may be cold! Follow the stairs down to the boat dock where you will find our 5 person pedal boat! We highly recommend lifejackets are work anytime you are on the water and any use of the boat dock or pedal boat is at your own risk. You will have access to the entire property during your stay! this includes the full house, garage, pool, hot tub, backyard and boat dock!
