Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, two closets, plus attached bath with shower/tub combo. Guest Bedroom: Twin over double bunk bed plus closet. Hall Bathroom: Toilet/Sink in one room and standalone shower in separate room. Parking for 1 car: Must display parking pass. Condo Amenities: Pool, Grills, Outdoor shower plus picnic area. Nightly Rental Requirements: Peak Season three-night requirement. Off Season minimum two-night requirement. Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. – mid-May). Arrival/Departure: Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in. Check-In: 4:00. Check-Out: 10:00AM. You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour. Driftwood villas is 3 blocks from the nearest beach access. The property is in the heart of Carolina Beach with shops, activities, dining and night life. There are fireworks during the summer every Thursday night, Movies at the lake each Sunday night and local markets at the lake each Saturday morning. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, the aquarium, or a drive on the beach! Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze due to the options of renting bicycles, golf carts, kayaks, boats, etc. from our local companies. Short drive to the boardwalk where you can shop or grab a bite to eat. Plenty of public or private lot parking options throughout Carolina and Kure Beach. The Island is only 12 miles long so getting from one end of the Island to the other only takes minutes. Items to Bring: Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items. Things to do: Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.
