Welcome to my adorable, sunny bungalow in the heart of downtown Bozeman! Built in 1890, this house has been around since Bozeman's early days. Ideal location on a quiet street just 5-10 minute walk to Lindley Park, Pete's Hill, and all the shopping, restaurants, bars and cafés downtown. Just a 20 minute drive to Bridger bowl. Enjoy the wood stove after a long day of hitting the slopes! This is a sunny, 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom historic home. It's a very old home, so some quirks are to be expected, but it has all new appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, a keurig, fridge/freezer, gas oven/stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and all the main kitchen gadgets. Accessibility: While the house is just one floor, there are several steps up to the porch in the front and back. Heat and A/C: There is a window A/C unit in the living room which keeps the house very cool throughout the summer. There is radiant heat which keeps the house very warm in the winter, and also a wood stove for the -20 degree days. Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Bathroom: The bathroom has an original claw-foot tub/shower. It is very adorable, but please be careful getting in and out! It might not be ideal for folks with mobility concerns, but please let me know if I can accommodate in any way. Parking: There is a long gravel driveway that could easily fit a truck and fishing boat. There's also plenty of street parking. Yard: The house has a big, fully-fenced backyard so pets can play outside. There's also a fire pit with plenty of firewood. The basement and garage are used for storage, so please refrain from using those spaces. Otherwise, please make yourself at home! Quiet, tree-lined street. Two blocks to Main street. I request that guests primarily use the back door when coming and going. The front door is 130 years old and can be very fickle! The back door can be accessed from the side yard or from the driveway.
