This historic condo is located in the HEART of St. Louis' oldest, most exciting neighborhood, Soulard. Built in the late 1800's, this condo has recently completed a full renovation. Outside your front door you will find Hammerstones, Joanies, Molly's, McGurks, 1860's, the Farmers Market and more of Soulard's famous spots. Enjoy historic charm all around you outside while being treated to modern luxury inside The Lodge. I am often in the neighborhood working on my properties, but I will always give a heads up if I need to stop by. In general, I will not be around unless there's an emergency.
