Lots of hiking trails nearby and less than 2 miles from the Guy Sandy Boat ramp. The home has an open living/kitchen area with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One is a bunk room great for kids and the other 2 bedrooms have a queen bed in each. There is a large covered patio on the back with outdoor furniture and a grill and a play set for kids.
