We have nine Guest rooms and a fully furnished apartment, all with Queen beds and/or twins just steps from the Restaurants, Galleries, Waterfront Park, Ferries and Train station in New London’s Downtown Historic District. Available for short or long term stays, we can tailor a room and package for most needs. There’s plenty of space for conversation, relaxing and planning for tomorrow’s activities. We have a charcoal fired Weber kettle grill in the yard and parking is available. For the rooms sharing baths, there are plentiful separate showers/toilets close to all rooms with towels and linens provided. This is a private room with a half bath inside the room. Shared showers are in the hallway. Living room, dining room and kitchen Downtown New London is very easily walkable. Ferries depart many times daily to Block Island, Long Island and Fishers Island and trains are available to all points North and South on Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor, including Boston, New York, Providence and DC/Baltimore. Inexpensive Shoreline East Commuter trains head west to all Shoreline Towns and New Haven. Taxis, Uber and Lyft operate in the area. We have a loading and unloading zone on site and a public parking lot is directly across the street. We also have private parking available for long term stays. We are adventurous travelers ourselves who always appreciate and look forward to the joys of a well put together rest stop at the end of the day. We hope you’ll come check us out!
