We are offering a newly remodel apartment in the lower level of our home with a set of stairs to the basement. Keyless entry allows check in anytime. The entrance hall is a shared space with the two apartments. Bedrooms are 1 large room separated by a heavy curtain. If you only give 4 stars in your reviews regardless of quality please do not book with us as we work very hard to keep our superhost status which requires atleast 4.8 ratings. Please ask any questions you have before booking. We do NOT allow local guests. If you have bad reviews for damage or leaving the space dirty please do not book because I will cancel your reservation. When checking out please check carefully for all personal items as I can not ship any items that are left behind. If you are arriving before check-in time we are happy to let you drop off your luggage and go site seeing. There is a full private bathroom on the ground level that is just for your use and a half bath on the lower level within the apartment so you will not have to go up and down the stairs to use the restroom. There is a very large bedroom with a room dividing curtain that makes it into 2 bedroom areas. There is a queen size and double size bed in the area on the left side of the bedroom & 2 queen size beds on the right side of the bedroom. The living room has a comfy sectional day bed for watching tv or curling up to take a short nap. We have cable tv in the living area and a tv that is used for dvd's in the bedroom. There are also board games for your use. The entrance hall is a shared space with us. All other areas are your private space. We are only a short distance from Lewiston, Youngstown, Amherst and Buffalo but with a quiet very safe neighborhood atmosphere. We are in a suburban area that is quiet and a much safer location than many of the areas in down town Niagara Falls after dark. It is a short drive to any of these locations. It is approx 10 minutes to Niagara Falls, Maid of the mist and Cave of the winds. There will be absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. There is an area on the back covered patio for smoking. If you have bad reviews and I feel uncomfortable with them I reserve the right to cancel your reservation so if this is the case please message me before booking. You can come and go and check in when you want with a key less keypad entry. You will have an off road parking spot in the homes driveway. There is a washer and dryer available for your use if you have a three day or longer stay. We just ask that you ask for the use so we can show you how to use them. The kitchen has a full size fridge with a hot plate and toaster oven, also a microwave, crock pot, electric skillet, blender and panini maker for cooking meals. Also has a keurig coffee maker with k-cups, tea bags, sugar and creamer supplied. Everything you need for a comfortable stay will be supplied. Just bring your personal items and enjoy your stay in Niagara! You will be extremely happy with how clean and well kept the apartment and bathrooms are. You are required to clean up any mess that you make in the kitchen and any dishes that you use must be washed before check out. You are not required to put them away. All wet towels must be hung up to dry or put in the laundry basket in the bathroom. Do not leave any wet towels on furniture or beds. All shoes must be removed at the entrance way and left on the rubber backed rugs. All lights must be turned off when leaving the apartment if you are going out sight seeing or checking out. Feel free to ask any questions you may have before booking. We also live in the same house ( separate private space) but you do not have to worry about making normal noise as we are separated enough that we don't hear normal noise from the guest apartment but we do love it if we hear our guests laughing, having fun and enjoying each others company! We do appreciate quiet time after midnight. Please if you have any questions or concerns feel free to ask before booking. I try to answer questions quickly. If you ask late at night I will get back to you first thing in the morning. We will be around if you need us but will also give you your privacy if that is what you choose. We are always available by phone (text or call). I have enjoyed speaking to many of my guests about their experience here in Niagara Falls and have met many very nice people. We may not be home at check in but there is a keypad on the door that you will be given the number for on the day of check in. We are located in a small town (very quiet) but only a few minutes from shopping, restaurants and night life. We are located approx 10 minutes from Niagara Falls. We are 5 minutes from the Niagara Falls airport and 30 minutes from the Buffalo airport. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance right at the top of our street. Uber and Lyft are readily available in our area also. We also have a nice little playground within a two block walk for little ones to enjoy. Uber and Lyft are available along with a local taxi company in our area if you do not have a vehicle. There is no public transportation available in our area. I also supply a keurig with coffee kcups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitute. There will be 1 bottle of water for each guest in the fridge to get you started.
